Mental Health Resources During Pandemic

Bishop Hughes is leading the charge in the Diocese to remind us to fully take care of ourselves during this time of physical distancing. Doing what is required for your body, mind and spirit is crucial.  We hope that you will stay connected with other Holy Spiriters and be supported by a loving community.  On the Diocesan website you can view Bishop Hughes vlog (video blog) where she emphasizes "there is no shame in asking for help."  Click here or see below for resources.

Canon Margo Clark wrote an additional piece about Mental Health and Faith. There is a wealth of resources available on the Diocesan Covid-19 web page, be sure to keep this available for when you or a loved one needs it. Some resources to highlight are:

NJ Mental Health Cares - 866-202-HELP (4357)
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (AFSP) - 1-800-273-8255
Crisis Text Line (AFSP) - text TALK to 741741
NJ Domestic Violence Hotline - 1-800-572-SAFE (7233)
